Flaking and cranking of the skin is one of the most painful thing i've experienced and I must say that it is not good at all. That is why whenever I go to cold places, I always make sure that my skin is moisturized everyday to prevent those things from happening. Also, in terms of taking a bath, I always make sure that Im already cleansed (not too short or too long) because I agree with the post here where if you stay in the shower for too long, it will cause problems with the skin.

Great post guys! More power to you!!!

When I was in New York, I experienced flaking and cranking on my skin because it was snowing there at that time and the temperature was really cold. So the best solution I did was that I applied virgin coconut oil to avoid this and so far, it really helped me during my stay there. Also I made sure that I take a bath in only 10 minutes at the latest so that my skin won't irritate as much as possible.
